A while ago we posted about a new campaign from Puma to celebrate all the greatest beer pong, pub darts and quiz champions in the UK. Vice are working with Puma to bring this campaign to live with a range of events and tournaments in the UK to find the greatest after hour athletes. After Hours Athletes

Here’s to the after hours athletes. A great spot from Puma Social to honour the after hours athletes…recognising that sport doesn’t just exist during the day but all night too. Great execution, perfect soundtrack and reflective voiceover. A really nice ad that stretches away from the normal Puma/Nike advert. We particularly like the epic fail at the end there…

Get fit with your personal MiCoach! If Jonny Wilkinson can do it - why can’t you? MiCoach has produced a new app that gives you personal, one on one training advice whilst you train. You choose the sport you are playing - football, rugby, tennis or just simply going for a jog - and the app will tailor a coaching session just for you.

Did you watch the Six Nations Rugby at the weekend? If you did, I bet it wasn’t in 3D was it? 02 put on a fantastic event that allowed guests to watch the England VS Wales game (a corker might I add) in full 3D so that it was as though they were in the Twickenham Stadium themselves…accept without the chill factor! Brrrrrrr!

Twitter World Cup.
Everyone loves Twitter and tweeting, as long as they understand the concept and platform and don’t just talk about what they had for breakfast or what they plan to have for dinner. Unfortunately, a lot of people like to tweet about Football (urgh!) and other sports and this has lead some techheads over at Sony Ericsson to develop the Twitter World Cup.
The Twitter Cup - A World Cup football tournament of tweets. If you like a particular team, you tweet their name with the appropriate hashtag (ie: #twc England), and the team with the most tweets wins the World Cup.
I doubt England have much of a chance at winning, we never win anything.
