Here are some visualisations/infographics from “A Day In The Life Of The MBTA by a bloke called Brett, I think. MBTA is the Boston Public Transport System (how did they get the acronym MBTA from that?!) and they are really very nice. It consists of 5 posters that visualise the subway usage during August 12, 2009. Software programs were written in openframworks to analyse and interperet the data in order to emphasise different trends within the data.
