Here are some images from the new Starbucks coffee shop in Seattle that were released yesterday. Pretty different huh? The concept is to reflect the neighbourhood the shop is in and brings together elements from local artists, furniture designers. Designer of the new shop, Liz Muller, commented that they went back and looked at old Starbucks stores and brought some classical elements to the coffee shop experience. I believe stores like this, specific to neighbourhood trends and culture, will be popping up around the USA and globally eventually.
